HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

This depends on your location. We ensure your orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of your payment being processed. Delivery to Klang Valley can take 1-3 business days, while areas outside of Klang Valley can take between 3-10 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods, including public holidays & major events. Mama’s Delights takes no responsibility for delayed or misplaced orders. If more than 7 working days pass and there’s still no sign of your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll try to track your order down.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

Delivery is FREE when you spend RM150 or more. Otherwise delivery RM10 costs only for Peninsular Malaysia, and RM20 for Sabah & Sarawak.

CAN THE COURIER MAKE A SECOND ATTEMPT TODAY AS I WASN'T AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY/PICK-UP?

Our courier will attempt redelivery within the same day, however, a Delivery Note will be left behind for the Customer to call back. An additional redelivery will be attempted the next business/working day.

MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT SHOW ANY PROGRESS IN ITS MOVEMENT. WHY?

Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the courier delivery system. When your shipment is in transit or placed on-hold over the weekend, tracking information may not be updated.

CAN I BOOK A DELIVERY SLOT BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?

Yes, your delivery slot will only be confirmed once your order has been dispatched.

HOW CAN I ADD A NEW ADDRESS?

You can add or change an address in 'My Addresses' section of 'My Account'.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?

We currently only ship orders within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

I WON’T BE HOME DURING THE DAY WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES. CAN I GIVE AN AUTHORITY TO LEAVE MY ORDER ON MY DOORSTEP?

Yes, but please give specific instructions at the online checkout when ordering - specifying a secure location for the courier to leave your goods.

WILL ALL OF MY ITEMS BE IN STOCK AND READY TO BE SHIPPED TO ME?

If you can order and pay for an item on our website, we physically have it in our Malaysia-based warehouse and we will ship out your order within 24 hours.

THE PRODUCT IS NOT UP TO MY EXPECTATION. CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds on food products which have been opened - as we can’t resell them. If you’re purchasing a new flavour that you have not tried before, we suggest purchasing a smaller pack first to see if you like the taste.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not left our warehouse. Please advise us via email or live chat as soon as you change your mind. Please note, if you cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the bank costs associated with the credit card transaction.

MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED ON THEIR WAY TO ME. CAN I GET A REFUND?

We do all that we can to make sure your items won’t get damaged on their way to you. If the worst should occur, please email us ASAP with your invoice number and send pictures of the damage. We will do all we can to rectify the situation.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Whoops! If you’ve received something you didn’t order, or your order is not complete, please notify us via email within 2 working days of receiving the order. We’ll do our best to ensure you receive the correct goods in a timely manner. Please ensure you open your parcels as soon as you receive them and check that everything you’ve ordered is included. Please make sure all items are returned to us in an original, resellable condition within 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t refund the delivery charges for your order. We do not accept returns on opened food items.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

No, there is no minimum spend when shopping at www.mamasdelights.com.

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You cannot edit your order once it has been placed but you are able to cancel your order up until the point it is dispatched. Please contact our customer care to proceed to cancel the order.

To order your purchase: - 1. Click “Add to cart” h3 on the products you wish to purchase. 2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products. 3. You'll reach a login page where you need to login your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have a www.mamasdelights.com account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment. 4. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” h3. From here, select your shipping methods and click “next” h3. 5. Next, choose your payment method then click the “next” h3. 6. After the steps before this have been done, reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition. 7. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit or Master Debit, Online Banking and Direct Bank Transfer.

HOW DO I ENTER A VOUCHER CODE?

Once you reach the checkout there will be a box to enter your voucher code. Do not leave any spaces between the characters when typing the code.

WHY ISN'T MY VOUCHER WORKING?

It may be that you are entering the voucher code incorrectly. Make sure there are no spaces between the characters of the code.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

We accept orders through phone calls only in large quantities (10 boxes per SKU and above). If you wish to purchase in large quantities, you may call us directly with the number provided on the Contact Us page. Otherwise, please make your purchases through our website and we’ll have your order promptly delivered to your address.

HOW TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Login to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD FOR MY ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETRIEVE IT?

Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your email that you used to register for your account in the box. 1. Click Submit. 2. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

CAN I CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER THAT HAS BEEN MADE?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. - Please send an email to our customer's service email at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. - Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be canceled.
